This Tuesday, we’ll celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with our very first Bare Bones Live!
There’s much more to this “highest of holy days” (Kieran’s term) than corned beef, green clothes and beer. It’s an invitation to reconnect with the spirit of Irish and Celtic cultures, to enliven our cooking and storytelling traditions.
We hope you’ll join us for a conversation with author Karen Babine (All the Wild Hungers) and Irish-American food entrepreneur Kieran Folliard (2Gingers, Food Building — Red Table Meat Co., Bakers Field Flour & Bread, Alamer Cheese) about the influence of Celtic culture on hospitality, storytelling and food in the United States.
Bare Bones Live: St. Patrick’s Day
Tuesday, March 16, 6:30 CST / 7:30 EST
Registration required: RSVP here to receive Zoom link.
After a welcome, Karen and Kieran will each give a 10-15 minute talk, followed by informal Q&A. We hope to see you there!
